Crystal Hicks

Crystal found her passion for aesthetics while working as a medical secretary for a plastic surgeon’s office. Inspired by the field of aesthetics, she obtained her Professional Esthetician license in June 2017 and is currently in school finishing up her Master Esthetician certification as well. “It’s very rewarding to be able to help patients with their skin care needs and to see how happy they feel after their treatments.”

“What I love about the Dermacare environment is that everyone is always happy and focused on patient outcomes,” she said. “We all work together as a team, and I believe that makes a huge difference to our patients.”

Originally a Texas native, Crystal and her family, including their two Yorkies – Jake and Jackson – moved to Virginia Beach in 2012. They love “beach living” and plan on being permanent residents!

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, and taking her 12-year-old daughter and friends shopping and doing all the fun things girls love to do! She loves a girl’s night out for Mexican food or “trying to get comfortable” in a new workout routine. Recently trying barre classes, she thinks she may have found something she really enjoys.
